Suggestion: Organize files with subfolders

Hi there,

Sorry I couldn't list my comments due to time issue and you know... my english.

So I'd like to do it one by one.

I see you have a "plugins" folder, which is good, but the main folder still looks a mess. So I'd suggest organize them a little. Like put php class files in one sub folder, and image files into one...
