Light PHP work for Drupal 6.x updating problems

Hello,
My website just updated from Drupal 5.x to 6.x . For most parts it's ok, but there are few small glitches:

1. When I turned on CCK / Text module, and go to page 2 of the list of nodes, theme goes back to default, and there is an error of:
warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /sites/all/modules/cck/content.module on line 236.

2. When I edit nodes, the edit went through, but log me out of the system.

3. Relativity module does not update and giving me the erors:
* user warning: Table 'relativity_preset' doesn't exist query: INSERT INTO main_relativity_preset (presetname, created, changed, uid, status) VALUES ('book', 0, 0, 0, 1) in /common.inc on line 3418.
* user warning: Table 'relativity_preset' doesn't exist query: SELECT * FROM main_relativity_preset ORDER BY presetname in /sites/all/modules/relativity/relativity.module on line 224.

4. I installed the Kickapps Single Sign-on module ( http://www.kickdeveloper.com/configure-site-settings/single-sign-on-sso/... ), but it does not work (meaning I log into Drupal, but does not log in to Kickapps site), problem probably related to the update.
