in IE my panels view isnt displayed correctly... in Firefox it is...
I have a panel of 2 colums.. next to each other.. the left one is the picture of a wine bottle... the left one is the description... and some info...
In firefox they are displayed as it should.. next to each other...
look at
http://www.primovino.be/winkel/content/clos-de-passions with firefox..
in IE the info and description is displayed beneath the image...
I suppose this has something to do with the css?
panels version is 6.x-2.x-dev but this shouldn t be relevant because garland does everything ok in IE and FF

tallsimon commentedthis is a fixed width theme so making very wide panel pages will result in problems... try changing the width of the theme or of your picture?
germinal commentedI know what you mean but... why does Firefox display it correctly then?
I don't know how panels exactly works yet.. so I don't know if it uses fixed width... pls enlighten me..
but my questions comes back to.. why is everything ok in firefox and not in IE...
I know IE sucks at standards but thats also besides the questions since 70% uses IE sadly

vm commentedBefore this gets labeled as a bug in this theme, have you tried with another fixed width theme?
I ask because panels 2 is still in alpha.
germinal commentedI just tried with minnelli theme.. this is fixed width..
and it works fine in IE 7
PS
I'm using Giordani subtheme, I'll check with the head theme tomorrow
Comment #5
germinal commentedthis is not a marinelli issue because I repeated the error with other themes too...
it looks like it's a panels 2 issue
