Most of my changes to Bookreview module work, but where do I change these?

My users thought the bookreview input form was too complicated so I deleted things like ISBN, price, year published and rating. That was easy to find and delete from the bookreview.module file, and removing those input fields didn't seem to cause any problems with database inserts or anything.

The problem is on the main book review page there are sort options for ISBN and Copyright. I'd like to simply delete those options and keep just the title sort, but I can't find those things anywhere.

I have a similer problem on the book review input form itself. The very first field is called simple 'Title:' and is intended as the title for the review. A separate field is provided for the book title. I wanted to change the name of the first one to 'Review Title:' so that's it's clear they can call it anything they want. But I can't find that label. It doesn't seem to be with the rest of the form.
