Description
The name of the vocab associated with forum.module is "Discussion Categories". The tag cloud corresponding to this, entitled "Tags in Discussion Categories", appears under every node. I don't see any way to control this -- I'd like to disable it.
The admin/build/block page does not list a block corresponding to this -- like the "Tags in Tags" block, which I've disabled.
Incidentally, the Community Tags form is the last "Content" block -- in case that's relevant.

please disable all blocks. This is very likely a problem with your configuration.
