New friend request messages are not going out to users. I am using the following modules.

Drupal 6.8
Flag 6.x-1.x-dev
Flag friend 6.x-1.x-dev

All other site emails are working just not flag friend messages to new friends.

I've made a few changes to the odule after using on a production site, and email message are going out. Can you please update and let me know if you are still experiencing this problem?

I just installed the most recent flags and flag friends running on drupal 6.10.

No email notifications are going out. Permissions and settings checked.

No one else is experiencing this?

I did a fresh d6-10 install.
Installed Flag module version 1.1.
Installed Flag Friend module version 1.0-beta1 and enabled the default friend flag.
Installed Devel module version 1.15 and turned on the option to 'Log only' for SMTP library.
I then generated some users and went to one of their profiles.
I clicked the link to add that user as my friend and upon the next page typed in a short message and confirmed.
Upon going to my logs, where mail is now logged and not actually sent out (generated users have no real addresses) I found this:
Only local images are allowed.
which basically tells me that a message was, in fact, sent.

So it seems that the module is working as intended and I'm inclined to point to your installation as having a problem. Do you have any other symptoms to report? Can you check your mail logs or give me the process you used to verify that this is not working as intended on your installation?

works for me and had to make changes to php.ini back then and totally forgot to recheck this issue queue after monitoring it for 5 days. I'll leave this as fixed unless #3 wants to proceed with report.
