Why does helpers_database require helpers_theme?

So am I missing something in the code? I don't get why helpers_database has helpers_theme listed as a dependency. It doesn't even call theme() anywhere in the .module file. So, er, why the need to include extra code?

You are correct; I probably copied an .info file and didn't fix it.
