Description
Nice and simple. Add db_fetch_column() and db_fetch_assoc(), which both mirror new methods in the D7 database layer. Their use is fairly self-explanatory from the docblock, I would hope. :-)

Committed to both branches.
Too bad you didn't like my db_fetch_array. I thought it was more flexible than these functions.
