Changes made in the Context setting tab are not being reflected or effected until the "Save" button is clicked on in the main Settings tab. Clicking on the "Save" button in the "Advanced" tab does not save the changes either.

Steps that produced this bug for me:

1. Click on "Context" tab
2. Add "Node ID" argument
3. Click the "Save" button on the "Context" tab
4. Click on "Layout", "Layout settings" or "Content" tab
5. Notice that node specific options are not available
6. Click on the "Settings" tab
7. Click the "Save" button on the "Settings" tab
8. Node specific options are now available on the "Layout", "Layout settings" and "Content" tab

This has already been fixed, the -dev tarball from last night probably just didn't catch the changes because I made them after the cronjob. It's just a question of triggering a menu rebuild.

Try tomorrow's -dev tarball; if it's still not working, then reopen the issue.
