Does the module support help files in different languages? I mean, in a Drupal installation where the language set is different from English, does the module select the appropriate help file for a third party module?

Does changing the status to close mean the module doesn't support such case, and that it will never support it?

The answer is that yes, it supports the case where the site language is different from English.
