How feasible would be to implement hook_mailsave in trackfield module?
Mailsave module (http://drupal.org/project/mailsave) already saves and attaches the track file submitted by email to a specified content type (eg., .gpx to blog) , so it "only" needs to be validated and inserted by trackfield. I'm prepared to poke around - where do I start?

Sorry, but I don't use mailsave so don't really know.

What I can say though - is that if you poke around and get it to work will gladly incorporate any changes you need into the trackfield module.
