Edit form submit redirect wrong after changing panel name

Edit a panel page named "myname1" at the URL "admin/panels/panel-page/myname1/edit". Change that "panel page" "panel name" from "myname1" to "myname2" and click the "Save" button. This change is saved but it then redirects back to the same page at the same URL "admin/panels/panel-page/myname1/edit". The result is a "Page not found" error page with the message "Your changes have been saved." Instead, it needs to redirect to the new URL "admin/panels/panel-page/myname2/edit" because it has this new panel name.
