I'd like this functionality to be on a warranty node page. Viewing the page constitutes you agree to all terms and conditions. I do not need this functionality for when a user signs up, just when viewing a specific node.

Hmm,
I think you're confusing the use-case for this module.

It is specifically hooked into the user-registration process, to ensure people check that they have read the terms before registering.

It sounds like you want people to check a box before viewing a specific node?

One way would be to force them to create an account before viewing the node, and then use this module to force them to accept terms and conditions.
