Basically i want to know if it is possible the with embedded video (or images and audio) to offer an upload link for their video. But when the user uploads it, the media is uploaded to the selected host provider through the account that the administrator has made. So if the provider is blip.tv my site would provide the user interface but is uploaded to a profile say called "mysite" the webmaster has made on the blip.tv website. In effect going to their blip.tv profile would also show all the videos posted, and uploaded by users on my site.
This method will help websites have more of a personal feel then telling users "upload your video on another site first, then link it here". I feel users would like it better to hear "All the sites videos can also be searched by going to "mysite" on blip.tv. I believe this could be a way to help video sharing sites feel more like they are user centric rather than being just another video site.

avpadernoThe purpose of the module is quietly different.
Embedded Media Field allows to add a CCK field on any content types that makes possible to embed any media file hosted in some web sites, but it doesn't offer an interface to upload the content to those web servers (and it should not have it, IMHO). If you want to add content into those web sites, you simply use their web pages.
