Small but growing community needs a little help

Hi I run a little Drupal community with around 700 members that needs some work – not much but some work. A little development but mainly theme related.

After the Mouse is the free online community for past and present Disney employees and has been growing consistently for about a year now.

Based on Drupal 5 and with a large amount of code taken from Michelle Cox’s Advanced Profile tutorial (not module) and her Advanced Forum module along with my own gallery of user submitted photos and a very popular aggregator page the site works well but I would like it to work better.

What I’d like is:-
1: I’d like the community tagging to integrate better with the photo gallery.
2: The CSS for the gallery needs to be cleaned up – Safari users have issues…
3: The Profile pages need to be better themed – more user friendly
4: The forms need to be made more accessible, more editable for want of a better word.
5: The Private Message module needs to be modified.
