I couldn't get feedapi_mapper to map node title and creation date and noticed that feedapi_mapper_node.inc is gone
from the mappers folder. Is it deprecated or is this a packaging error?

I tried to grab it from ViewCV but it throws an exception error saying that the release tag is invalid (link).

Can't reproduce. You sometimes get this exception when you're trying to view the file from within a branch where it doesn't exist. Currently, only DRUPAL-6--1 contains this file.

Try it again and make sure you're on DRUPAL-6--1 branch. If problem persists, please report back and reopen issue.
