Allow long/lat to be hidden in collection/display

I installed Location.module to collect city/state/postal code. Right now, I have no desire to collect, or even see, longitude and latitude. Unfortunately, I can't hide it per-node-type (in the collection or display settings), and I can't get it out of there via FAPI either, due to #process. I CAN remove the permission from everyone, but that doesn't stop ME, uid 1, from seeing it, which is annoying ;)

Structurally, longitude and latitude should be handled just like every other locative-field.
