Table too wide and rows too high

When you enter a sufficiently large description the row height becomes very large because of the narrow column widths. You can fix this by taking out the description from the listing view and also taking out the admin url from the listing view. The url does not make sense as there is already the admin url linked through the manage link. Some of the column headings can be shortened and the action URLs can be placed in one column
