It's simply not updating, I don't see any updates of UR activity even though I know they exist.

The UR integration is not stable. I'm putting in more work on Activity during the holidays so stay tuned. I've also been helping out on the UR issue queue with patches and other support as poor alex.k is all alone there!

The user_relationships hook changed from UR 5.2 to UR 6.1 so I've had to rework the hook implementation in the activity module for UR. Expect new a new snapshot with changes soon.
