I am using imagefield and imagecache, Is possible for add comments for individual image ? Coz sometimes I have about more than 10 images for each node, I expect user should be able to add comment for each single image,

I haven't been "in the loop"
I haven't been "in the loop" so-to-speak for a while, but I believe user review module would be applicable here. Also, if you have images as nodes, you should be able to simply use the already preloaded comments module to do the job.
