When the comment status fields got fixed in the database, the comment administration radios on comment/edit didn't get reversed - so they show the opposite status to what should be. Ought to be a simple patch, not got time to roll it now though.

Works. Don't think we need a test for this since I can't see us changing the comment status field again.
