For the kaltura as CCK field, Kaltura Media Comments, and Kaltura Playlist modules the description that should appear in the modules list (the page at /admin/build/modules) is replaced by ; Information added by drupal.org packaging script on 2008-12-30.

There is also a problem with the description given for Kaltura Media Views which appears like View your top videos, most viewed, users videos, etc'..

Not all the module descriptions are then terminated by a period, like it should be.

That happens because the description has been left empty, but Drupal shows the next line that is the comment added by the script that creates the tarball archive.
The line starting with description = should be removed, or a description should be added.
