First stable release for 6.x.
Changes since beta2:
- Add db_rewrite_sql.
- Change count sql to correct access issue.
- Add t() to "all".
- Add title on type page.
- Change terms list to use theme_item_list.
- Added uninstall function to delete variables.
- Add term list as table and show description features.
- Fix term counts.
- Add unpublished count.
