Secondary links - always shown in footer

Description

I love Foliage but secondary links are always shown in footer whaever the region choice is (none, left or right sidebar...).

Hi,
it would be fine having an option to activate whether primary links should be displayed in top-region and secondary links in footer-region.
There is also a behaviour, that block "secondary links" will only be displayed if secondary links uses a different source than primary links in menu settings. When secondary links uses the same source (second level + deeper entrys) menu block will not displayed.
