I am testing CDN2. I have completed the instructions and tried to upload a video.

I uploaded the video at 1:30pm EST and it is currently 10pm EST. I hope something is wrong because it extremely unrealistic to expect a 80MB file to take over 9 hours to convert into one format (Flash HD Low) especially for cloud processing.

Is there something wrong with the service or is this amount of time normal for CDN2?

Over 24hrs later and it still says "Your video is still processing. Once it is complete it will be displayed here."

I can only assume something has gone wrong.

Can you send the videoToken associated with the video you uploaded yesterday to support@workhabit.com so that we can check the status of your video? We had some intermittent queuing issues yesterday which may have delayed the processing of your video.

Issues with the transcoder queue yesterday caused this transocding job to take considerably longer than it should have.

Status: Fixed » Closed (fixed)

Automatically closed -- issue fixed for two weeks with no activity.
