pagination is getting indexed, EVEN though it doesn't exist

some of my content is getting double indexed due to pagination even though there is no need for it

for instance

www.shareyourexpertise.com/why-your-diet-may-not-be-rich-iodine-you-assume.html‎

and

www.shareyourexpertise.com/why-your-diet-may-not-be-rich-iodine-you-assume.html?page=1‎

are both indexed yet, there should have never been a
