The UI for the voting feature for comms nodes is really messy. This needs an overhaul to clean it up. Maybe we need to have an message div at the top of the node where js messages can be sent if there is an error submitting one of the forms.

This is my first priority right now. I will probably then move on to working on the "making features configurable" issue.
