Settings for the nodes in admin/settings/taxonomy_vtn is lost in varsion 6.x-1.1. I did a downgrade and got them back.

Hi pingvinen,
That would be because the node selection moved to each Taxonomy. This lets you make different selection depending on the Taxonomy.
Note that the Terms selection is also quite reduced in the admin/settings/taxonomy_vtn area. Again, you will find it under the Taxonomy (see admin/content/taxonomy and then click on one of your taxonomy.)
Just in case, I'm also documenting the fact in the module itself.

Okay! This is now checked in. Allow up to 12h to see a new -dev version.
You will see new links to the Taxonomy page where you can click on edit of the taxonomy you want to setup.
That will get you where you need to be to define the Terms & Nodes settings as before, but once per taxonomy.
