Adding pager to Blog post

Is there an easy method of adding a pager/paging functionality to specific blog posts? On my longer blog posts I'd prefer to have a "next" and "prev" link at the bottom of each section of the post. Is this possible? Is there a module that can enhance the Blog module to enable this functionality?
