Parse error

Description

When installing the module I receive this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONST, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in mysite.com/html/sites/all/modules/javascript_aggregator/jsmin.php on line 49

how can i fix this?

Is this a PHP5 incompatibility?
