Hello, I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong but I can’t get the City, State, and Zip code fields to show up on the location UI. It only shows Location name, Street, Additional, Country. How do I get the other fields to show up? In your documentation it says I need to install an inc. or download a zip code dump file but it’s very vague. Can you please elaborate on the procedure to set this up?

You need to look in the "Collection Settings" part of "Locative Information" on your content type. The defaults are a bit bare.

And no, you don't need a zipcode database just to be able to store zipcodes.
