I disabled the e-commerce module, then deleted from the server. However, I still get a "create - product" in the menus. I've updated, cleared cached, etc, but can't seem to get rid of it. What do I have to do to get rid of it.

There is not actually much that can be done about this because not a node type that is handled by e-Commerce.

If you want to delete it go to administer > content > content types and delete it from there.

e-Commerce does create the content type, but from then on anything can can be done the product content type.

I have created a message which is displayed when the ec_product module is uninstalled.
