Hey just curious is there any way we can incorperate a banner to show up after so many comments. I think that be a niffty marketing tool!

you can modify themes :). Copy one of them and modify one of the tpl.php.

Psicomante is right; you can do this in the theme layer. I'm not going to ad banners to the module itself.
