I'm trying to apply Nice Map features on activity module for home page of my site. So that I can see all my users activity on map.

Note: I'm trying to apply it on Block not to view.

Activity doesn't have any feature like this. To get this sort of thing at all you would need some sort of way of associating users with locations which I know some modules do have but not anything in core Drupal. So you will first have to look into how you can associate your users with locations.

If you can do that then it's possible that you can progress to extracting a given user's location when showing activity records.

Then you can progress to showing those on maps. There are many mapping modules for Drupal so you'll have a lot of work ahead of you sorting out which one(s) you will use.

Basically I'm trying to tell you that this is not the sort of feature - whether via activity module or in other modules - that you'll be able to add in an 'urgent' timeframe. You'll have to do some work on your own to figure out how to get to step 1 and so on before Activity will come into play.
