Wysiwyg editor + image support ?

I'm creating a site which, ideally, should allow (non-technical) users to add pictures when they're editing a page in a wysiwyg editor. But I'm having trouble finding a suitable wysiwyg/image module that will actually work together properly !!
Can someone point me to a combination/solution that worked for them ?
PS I tried fckeditor+imce and TinyMCE+image assist, unsuccessfully...

Those are the combinations at this time where it concerns editors. There are no others that I am aware of.
That said, it would be prudent to mention the problems you were having with one or both so that you can get help in those areas. There are quite a few people using those combinations without trouble.
