Issue Summary

Every database driver should have at least an identified maintainer. What about PostgreSQL?

postgresql-maintainers-1.patch works for me. postgresql-maintainers-3.patch works as well.

I'm just happy to have anyone as official postgres maintainer. :-) I'm fine with 1 or 3.
