Is it possible to implement 'access results in webforms I own' permission?
Together with 'access webform results' it would mirrorr the 'edit webforms' - 'edit own webforms' pair of permissions.

It could be used in scenarios with many event organizers, each of them having their own webform. Each organizer should have access to submissions for his events, at the same time he should not have access to results of other organizers' events.

The 'access webform results' permission gives admin-like access to all sumissions in all webforms.

Agreed, this is the same issue as #246371: Adding new permissions for accessing own webform results and deleting webform submissions
