I have created a production website and in the last stage I've figured out there is a issue in the registeration system!
when a new user click on "Create new account" and JUST enter his/her desired username and submit the form, it will automatically log in!!!

I have never seen this with D5, and cannot reproduce it with a fresh installation of 5.14.
You will see an automatic login if you've disabled the e-mail verification, don't require administrator approval to create a new account, and the user fills in all 4 required fields (username, e-mail address, password, and confirm password).

If this isn't how your site is configured, try disabling all non-core modules and test again. Beyond that, you'll need to provide more information about the environment your are running your site in (OS, PHP, database, etc.).
