This is a question which can help me too, since I am also using the job_posting module. I think you can use the views module to do this, but the problem is that I can't really tell you how since I don't have enough experience with views yet and I haven't come to the point yet to do it. So I hope somebody else will give a better answer then just pointing you to a module like I do know. And if somebody answers I will listen too ;)
Hi there, I do not know if the drupal 5 version is the same as the module for drupal 6. If it is, there is a block that gets created called "current jobs". You can select this block to display in the content or block region of any node and it will display a list of the jobs posted.
