Ability to select which vocabulary holds free tags

I tried to change the name of the vocabulary that holds the tags from aggregated items, but a new vocabulary was created again called "Feed Categories." I think it would be very useful to be able to select a specific vocabulary into which to dump the aggregated tags. Then I could simply add those tags to my existing tag vocabulary and name it whatever I want.
