After installing BETA3, the "Available Updates" page lists an ACL update--recommending to go back to BETA2.

Yes, that's a minor issue with the Update Status module and the d.o infrastructure, if you update too quickly, before Update Status has realized that BETA3 is available. It should go away within a few hours.
