Using E-Commerce module, where do I enable Authorize.net?

I have a site that I am administering and the owner wants to move from Paypal to Authorize.net.

I do not see anywhere in the admin area to enable Authorize.net.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

there are many addons' for the ecommerce project and may be included in one of those.

I see the files and have uploaded them, but I don't see any place to configure that the payments should be taking place via Authorize.net.

From what I see, I should be visiting this URL to configure it:

But all I get is the E-Commerce configuration page that has these links:

* Store
* Location
* Mail
* Payment
* PayPal
* Schedules
* Screen order

and you are sure the module is enabled, in administer -> modules?

Yes, the ecommerce module is enabled inside the administrator.
