I went to the report for Broken Anchor and it shows the following errors:

* warning: Missing argument 2 for variable_get() in /htdocs/test/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 480.
* warning: Division by zero in /htdocs/test/sites/all/modules/broken_anchor/broken_anchor.reports.inc on line 34.

I'm still wondering if I have the correct version of PHP.

Sorry for my silence, my RSS stream failled to warn me of new issues. Everything is corrected in RC3. I let you close this bug if you think this is correctly fixed.
