aggregation - some items link broken

Description
One of my feeds source is http://thestar.com.my/rss/nation.xml
updating the feeds is ok but when click the link(to view actual article) ,the link is broken.
when i check it out, found that actual link is
http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2009/1/4/nation/2009010419544...
instead of
http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2009/1/4/nation/2009010419544...
that is, & symbol is missing in the links.
other items that dont have & is ok.
Please help.
