image_import and imagefield_import share perms

Both image_import and imagefield_import have the same and only permission: "import images", which is confusing: what should one do if she wants to grant her users permission to import images into imagefields, but not as nodes (images) - or vice versa?

As imagefield_import-5.x-1.3 has much less users than image-5.x-1.9 (according to the statistics), IMHO it's the one that should have its permission changed, eg. to "import images into imagefields".
