I've got a basic drupal installation working on the office intranet and I wanted to use mailhandler to post complaints generated by a web formmail page and sent to the office by our clients as story items.

The incoming emails are distributed to particular individuals according to various rules but I have diverted a copy of each email to an mbox on the linux server which runs drupal and I wanted to use mailhandler to check the box and post the complaint on the intranet for general review.

However mailhandler doesn't seem to be working. There are no error messages - it just isn't posting anything. I have followed the instructions in the help file and read the forums but haven't spotted anything in my setup which seems wrong.

I'm using 4.6.3 and the 4.6 version of mailhandler. There is a default command of 'type: story'. Apart from that the test emails are simple. The mySQL table seems to have been created okay.

I have tested alternative email sources including an external pop3 box and nothing seems to make any difference.

What should I try next? Are there any pre-requisites for other modules to be installed/enabled.

Any help suggestions gratefully received.

Hi Callen, I am having the same problem now with drupal 6.8 and Mailhandler 6.x-1.5. I also may be the problem any clues?
