Buttons not showing as configured

My TinyMCE is not showing all the buttons i've selected in my profile configuration. It also shows the profile name eg. in the fontsize-dropdown-box when it's closed, or in the fontselection-dropdown-box.

Is it because i've applied the patch for the foreach()-issue?
