I get a no access allowed message for the following URL

http://drupal.org/project/friend

Is this normal ?

I get the same message error to.
It just means that the access to that page has been prohibited from Drupal webmasters for any reason. Maybe the project page content something that they think it should be not seen from the others, or the project violates any Drupal policies.

Actually, the module is abandoned as it is possible to read in this page. I guess that the project is being removed from the server.
