Issue Summary
other than modifying the code, is there a way to add another field ( specifically telephone number) to the contact form?
also, I would like to theme the block a bit more. specifically the fields are two wide.

Hi Vince
You can't currently edit the form other than by changing the module's code. However, it's not tricky - if you haven't played with a module before this one might be a good place to start having a poke around. You simply need to add a field to the form and then add it to the email output further down.
Theming can be done with CSS or by editing the module.

For those of us who are not familiar at all with programming (cough...ahem...designers) can you provide a more detailed instruction for adding fields to the module.
This module solves a huge problem but the clients are always demanding more. Thank you for this module.
