I am running Forum 5.14 and Forum Access 5.x-1.11.

For some reason, my Forums no longer work. I can add new Forums without a problem. When I attempt to create a discussion thread within a Forum, it appears to save properly, but the node is never attached to the forum. When I navigate to the forum, it appears as empty, though the new node was saved.

I have rebuilt permissions for discussion forums, but this did not solve the problem.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
